Yes — the visit and the written estimate cost you nothing. If we look at the job and think you don’t need the work, or that someone else is a better fit, we’ll tell you that instead.

The Drage family and the small crew we work with regularly — not a rotating cast of strangers. You get one person to call the whole way through, and you’ll know who’s coming before they arrive.

Within one business day of your message, by whichever method you tell us you prefer — text, call, or email. If it’s urgent, calling is always fastest.

The estimate is itemized and we hold to it. The only time the number moves is when something genuinely unexpected turns up behind a wall or under a floor, or when you ask for a change — and either way, you hear about it and approve it in writing before any extra work happens.

Floors and furniture get covered, the site is swept at the end of every day, and we keep the rest of your home livable while the work is underway. It’s still a job site, but it won’t take over the house.

Every client gets a login to their own portal, where you can see progress and photos from the job, read your estimates and contracts, and view or pay invoices any time — no chasing anyone for an update.

Invoices arrive by email and can be paid online by card, or by check if you’d rather. You’ll always have an itemized invoice and a receipt for anything you pay.
