Home Care Plans
A trusted set of hands looking after the small things around your home, so the little jobs never grow into big ones.
We keep an eye on your home, so you don’t have to. Pick the rhythm that fits your home, and we’ll handle the little things before they turn into big ones.
Watchful Care
Homeowners who just want someone trustworthy to lay eyes on the house a few times a year, so nothing creeps up on them. A great fit for those on a fixed income, busy families, or anyone new to homeownership.
We walk the house and check the things that quietly go wrong out of sight — damp under the sinks, a toilet that won’t stop running, tired seals and caulk, outlets and grounding, and a lap around the outside. Then the rest of the visit goes on the small fixes we can finish while we’re standing there, and you get a written note on anything worth watching.
Things like:
- Looking under sinks and behind toilets for slow leaks
- Testing outlets and grounding
- Smoke and carbon-monoxide detector batteries
- Air filters and light bulbs
- A walk around the outside of the house
…and whatever else your home needs that fits the visit.
A scheduled visit each season — four a year.
Ask about Watchful CareSteady Care
Homeowners who want the small stuff that naturally wears out to simply get handled — without ever having to think about it or track it down themselves.
The same walk-through, every month instead of every season, so nothing sits for long. Because we’re there more often, more of what turns up gets fixed on the spot instead of written down — the parts that wear out on their own get swapped as they go, and everyday small parts come as part of the visit.
Everything in Watchful Care, and we stay long enough to fix more of it.
Things like:
- Running toilets — flappers and fill valves
- Faucet aerators and sluggish drains
- Caulk and seals around tubs, sinks, and trim
- Doors that stick, and drafty weatherstripping
- A seasonal once-over: outdoor faucets, gutters, HVAC
…and whatever else your home needs that fits the visit.
A scheduled visit every month.
Ask about Steady CareComplete Care
Homeowners who simply want a guy. One trusted person who knows their home and keeps the whole thing running.
A block of time set aside for your home every month, used however it needs to be used. The walk-through goes deeper — a full spring and fall program, and a written record of the house that builds year over year — and the work we can take on in that time goes further, including like-for-like swaps that would otherwise be their own call-out.
Everything in Steady Care, with the time and reach to go further.
Things like:
- Like-for-like faucet, disposal, and shut-off valve swaps
- Winterizing, and AC and furnace prep
- Clearing the gutters we can safely reach
- A running written record of your home
- First call when something small turns urgent
…and whatever else your home needs that fits the visit.
A scheduled monthly visit, plus priority scheduling when something comes up.

What Home Care covers
Home Care is a standing relationship, not a one-off call. On a regular rhythm, the same trusted person walks your home and looks at the things that quietly go wrong — then spends the rest of the visit fixing what can be fixed in the time we’re there, and leaves you a written note on anything worth keeping an eye on. It isn’t a checklist to get through; it’s a set of hands on whatever your house actually needs that month. Everyday small parts are handled as part of the visit. When something turns out to be a bigger project, you get a clear, separate quote at your member’s preferred labor rate and move to the front of our schedule.
A task is handled on your visit when all five are true
- It fits within the time set aside for your visit
- It’s low-risk if something goes wrong — no major water, gas, electrical, or structural work
- It only needs hand tools
- Any parts involved are small, everyday items
- It can be done safely by one person, without heavy equipment
When a task is bigger than that — say, replacing a toilet, opening up a wall, or anything that needs more time, a permit, or a second set of hands — it becomes a separate, clearly quoted job. Homeowners on any plan always get our preferred rate on that work, and move to the front of the schedule.
